Nesa Karangal

The name "Cope" is the abbreviation of children oriented progressive education. But also the English word "to cope" has a relevant meaning for this project since it refers to the overcoming of difficult situations.

In 2002-2006, the headquarters "Nesa Karangal" (tamil: "compassionate hands") was built as part of our non-profit project Cope.

At this location, orphans can live and learn in a safe environment. They receive nutritious food, medical treatment and an education. Additionally, holistic offers such as karate or Indian dance help the children develop their talents and self-esteem.
